How do I shop at NessaLee Style?
As your browsing the site, simply add the items you would like to purchase in the sizes you need to your cart. Once you are done shopping simply click on Shopping Bag at the top of the page. You will then be redirected to your order. You can change the quantities of items and even remove any item. With any changes you can recalculate your total and view the changes. Once you are happy with your selections click on Continue Checkout. At this point if you have not registered with NessaLee Style in the past you will need to sign-up for a new account. If you have already registered with us before, you can sign in using your email address and the password that you created for the account.

Why do I need to register?

We only require that you register if you are making a purchase. The reason for this is that by having an account that only you can access it allows you to look up your order status and tracking information. Please note that by signing up for our mailing list it does not mean that you are a registered customer.

What if I forget my preferred customer password?

Don't panic! Just click on Your Account and below where you should enter your email address and password there is a field to enter your email address if you have forgotten your password. The system will email you your password shortly and you can resume shopping.

How do I change the information I saved (address, phone number, email, password)?

Sign In to your VIC account and click on Change Person Details or Change Credit Card Details. Once you have made the appropriate changes be sure to save the info by clicking Submit.

Which credit cards does NessaLeeStyle.com accept?

NessaLeeStyle.com accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and JCB. 

Is it safe to enter my credit card number on the site?

Yes!  At NessaLeeStyle.com, we use full secure encryption of your order information (SSL). When you go to your cart or to check out, you will see the web address changes to https (this means you can be sure your computer is communicating with our processing server by secure means). In Netscape and Internet Explorer, you will see a lock icon on the bottom of the browser. When you're in check-out mode that lock will be in the closed position ensuring optimum security.

Do you use cookies?

Yes. Cookies are used on NessaLeeStyle.com to provide you with the proper process once you start adding merchandise to your cart. No personal or private information is stored in any of the cookies. As soon as you close your web browser any cookie from our site is automatically deleted.
 
Do you charge Sales Tax?
Sales tax is not charged on any clothing purchased on NessaLeeStyle.com. 6% will be charged on handbags and accessories only to residents of New Jersey.

Do you have a store location where I can come in and shop?
NessaLeeStyle.com does not presently have a store-front location. All purchases must be made online or via telephone. For your own protection we are unable to accept orders via email.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been received. Once we ship your order you will receive a tracking email from UPS. With this number you can track when you will receive your purchase on our homepage or on UPS.com. You can also log into your account and once your item has been shipped, obtain your tracking number.

How can I modify my order?

We ship very quickly; therefore once an order is placed it cannot be modified. This includes pre-orders.

How do I know if what I ordered is in stock?
At NessaLeeStyle.com everything is in demand, so items do sell fast. The site is set up so that you will not be able to purchase anything that is not in stock. If an item is available as a pre-order the page in which the item appears will say that. It is important to read the description in its entirety. If for some reason an item is sold out (that is not advertised that way) we will contact you immediately and your credit card will not be billed for that item.

NOTE: Due to our relationships with our vendors, we can only sell to people for personal use. We are unable to sell items in bulk for resale purposes. We reserve the right to refuse a sale to anyone we feel may be reselling what they purchase.

What is a pre-order and how does it work?
NessaLeeStyle receives an overwhelming response from customers for certain items before they are received in stock. In order to ensure that our customers do not miss out on the delivery of this item, we add it to our site as a pre-order. The description of the item will state when it is expected in stock (please remember this is not a guaranteed date) and you will be able to add this item to your cart and checkout. Your checkout with be divided into items that are in stock and items that are pre-ordered with the appropriate shipping charges applied to each.  Once the item arrives, we will immediately ship it to you. Your credit card is authorized, but not billed until it ships. Pre-orders cannot be canceled once they are placed.

All orders received between normal business hours are processed and shipped within 3 business days, unless otherwise stated on our site.  We ship via UPS to continental US residents. Once your order is shipped you will receive a UPS tracking number via the email address that you supplied at checkout. UPS cannot ship to PO Boxes. All PO Boxes, Hawaii and Alaska and international orders will be sent via United States Postal Service and are subject to different rates. International orders will not receive a tracking number; however you are also able to check their status by logging into your account. If you require your purchase more quickly, please choose a different method of shipping or contact us for information. NessaLeeStyle.com does our best to minimize all shipping costs. In no way do we profit from what you are charged for shipping.

NOTE: International buyers bear the sole responsibility of any taxes and duties your local customs office may charge. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. If you refuse any shipment from NessaLeeStyle.com, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you as well as any duties, taxes and customs charges that are incurred on the package, plus the cost of returning the package to NessaLeeStyle.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. We cannot be held responsible for customs actions upon opening your package. 

I have a coupon code how do I use it?
Upon checkout enter your coupon code in the designated box. The total will then recalculate and reflect any discounts.

How do I purchase a gift certificate?
To make a purchase using your gift certificate, enter the unique code given to you at checkout. This will deduct the amount of the gift certificate from your order total. If your gift certificate is more than the total purchase, the total purchase amount will be deducted from your gift certificate and you will be able to use the remaining amount for future purchases.

At the time that your store credit was issued to you, you received a code. You can enter that code into the designated box at checkout. It will deduct the store credit from your total. If there is any amount remaining you will be able to use it towards future purchases.

Return Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted on unworn, unaltered and unwashed items that have all their original tags attached. You may exchange or return regular priced merchandise by mail within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the item you will be refunded, minus the shipping and handling charges. If your order total was over $250 and you received free shipping, but return one or all of the items which would make your new order total less than $250, you will receive a credit minus the appropriate shipping charges ($10). Any item paid for with a store credit will receive the credited amount in the same form. When returning or exchanging an item, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly suggest that you use a method of shipping that allows tracking or delivery confirmation. We cannot be held responsible for items that do not arrive back to us. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within two days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. All merchandise sold at a 25% or greater discount is considered a clearance sale. This includes any discounts received with coupons. Returns of clearance items are only eligible for an exchange or store credit and must be postmarked within 3 business days of when you received the item, otherwise they cannot be returned.
Special orders are final sale. Returns that do not meet our requirements will be sent back at the buyer's expense. We reserve the right to deny a RA# to any customer with excessive prior returns. Any package refused by a customer will be billed $10 upon receipt.

Any return or exchange without a return authorization will be refused and returned to sender at the sender's expense. No exceptions will be made. In order to obtain an RA# please call or email us at RA@NessaLeeStyle.com  with your name, date of purchase, item you would like to return or exchange and reason. Once you receive your RA# your items must still be sent back in the permitted time period and your RA# must appear on the outside of your package.

In the event that the wrong RA# is provided by the customer or the return is opened by NessaLee Style, but does not meet the requirements, it will either be shipped back at the customer's expense or a store credit will be issued (depending upon the return). In the rare case that an item is returned and accepted, after the allowed period of time, the customer will receive the lowest selling price in the form of a store credit. The lowest selling price includes the price currently listed on our site plus any valid and possible coupons. 

**Due to the vintage nature of these products: Joe Bush Vintage and Hollywood Trading Company items will only receive store credit.  No Exceptions**

When will I receive a refund or my exchange?
Returns and exchanges are processed on Thursdays. Please note that once we process a refund, your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction after they receive the information from NessaLeeStyle.com. Exchanges are shipped out on Thursdays and you will be sent a tracking number to the address you supplied at checkout.

I saw an item cheaper than it is on NessaLeeStyle.com, will you match the price?

If any online store has an item that we are selling at a cheaper price we will match that price. The item must be the identical color, style and in stock in the size you need. Just call or send us an email directing us to the other site and we will match the price for you. This must be done before placing your order. NessaLee Style does not offer price adjustments and offers cannot be combined.

Should I be concerned about privacy?
No. NessaLeeStyle.com is committed to protecting your privacy. We know how important electronic security and customer privacy is to our customers and therefore we only use the personal information you provide to create a better shopping experience. Account information that you supply will only be used to process requested transactions or to contact you regarding a specific transaction. NessaLeeStyle.com will not disclose any of your information to 3rd parties. Delivery services may only use supplied information for completing your delivery.
